What to know before requesting a custom pouch quote.
Are your pouches food-grade?
Yes. All FORMPACK pouches use food-grade materials. We confirm the structure for your food, filling conditions and intended storage before production. Tell us if you need hot filling, freezing, retort processing or a particular market compliance document so we can review the specification.
Which custom bag formats can I quote online?
The instant configurator currently supports Round/Doyen bottom pouches and flat three-side seal pouches. Other shapes, closures, windows, foil details or structures can be sent for a specialist quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard production MOQ is 5,000 pieces. Lower-volume digital printing may be possible case by case and requires a manual review.
Does the estimate include delivery?
Yes. The displayed estimate includes door-to-door freight for the selected supported market and air or sea mode. Custom requirements and final destination details are confirmed before payment.
Can I upload my packaging artwork?
Yes. PNG, JPG and WebP files can be positioned, scaled and rotated in the browser preview. The preview is not a production file; final colour separations, white ink and printing plates are confirmed by a prepress specialist.
How long does production take?
The standard production target is 14–21 days after the specification, artwork and production start are confirmed. Delivery time depends on the selected route and is reviewed with the final order.
What happens after I submit?
You receive an email summary and a packaging specialist normally replies within 24 hours. No payment is taken on this website. Estimates remain valid for 14 days, and payment terms are confirmed order by order.
