FORMPACK operates from China and supplies custom flexible packaging internationally. This notice explains how information submitted through formpack.top is used. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to quotes@formpack.top.
Information we collect
When you request a quotation, we collect your email address and any optional contact, company, delivery, product or packaging information you choose to provide. We also receive the pouch specification and browser preview you submit. Basic security logs may include IP address, request time, browser information and request identifiers.
Why we use it
We use this information to calculate and review estimates, answer inquiries, confirm manufacturability, prepare orders, prevent abuse and maintain the security of the service. We do not sell personal information.
Browser storage and measurement
Necessary local browser storage keeps your unfinished pouch configuration and records your privacy choice. If you select “Allow measurement”, we may also retain campaign parameters and load Google measurement technology to understand visits, quote activity and submitted inquiries. Choosing “Necessary only” prevents that optional measurement technology from loading.
Service providers and international processing
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Transactional messages are sent using Resend and handled in our Zoho mailbox. Information may therefore be processed outside your country and may be accessed by FORMPACK in China for quotation and order handling. Google receives measurement data only when you allow measurement and a Google measurement account has been connected.
Retention and security
Ordinary inquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up, prevent duplicate requests and understand prior specifications. Records connected with a transaction may be kept longer where commercial, tax or legal obligations require it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online transmission is risk-free.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, or object to optional marketing measurement, by emailing quotes@formpack.top. We may need to retain limited information when required for security, legal or transaction records.
